Substitution Rules:

 
  1. Minimum playing time rule: All players must play at least half of each game - preferably at least half of each quarter.
  2. Midway through each quarter, the referees will call for subs and all players on the bench must enter the game.
  3. Free substitutions may take place as long as the minimum playing time rule is satisfied.
  4. (Basketball Only) All players must check in (kneel below) the scorer’s table in order to sub. into the game.
